They allowed us an earlier check-in time which was extremely helpful considering we were arriving from a 13 hour drive. WAY more amenities in terms of extra linens, kitchen tools, and outdoor furniture than I’ve ever experienced with another rental. We felt totally at home in a stranger’s place which is tough to achieve. Danielle did most of the communicating and was very responsive through messenger as we planned our stay.
